At this moment, the majority of the textiles industry players are dealing with difficult problems in terms of high cost for raw materials and energy, causing the need for an innovative process, and for an improved management of technologies and resources. All these have the purpose of raising the efficiency and quality improvement, and so the strategy of company relaunch had two parts:

- The new production space, with a surface of 4,000 square meters, located at 6 Km, outside Brasov, on the Industrial Platform of Prejmer. This Platform was created following the high standards of European Union, and now is hosting other prestigious companies, being one of the most performing platforms of Romania.

- New technological equipments, at European standards.

- Heating equipment with two HOVAL tanks (6 mc each), water softener station, water tank, all inside this industrial space.

- Industrial Wash processing capacity is of 600.000 pcs/month, in two shifts.

- Complete re-evaluation of the technical equipment.

- Calculation and setting of an optimal technological flow for production’s redundant time reducing.

- Beside the classic processes on the clothing items, the activity was expanded to washing and dyeing based exclusively on ecological products.

- Merchandises transportation is supported exclusively by Industrial Wash.

- All the merchandises during transportation, processing and depositing them are assured by well known assurance companies.

- The working personal has the best reputation in this field, operators, technicians and specialists have at least 15 years of experience.
